Leadership
Mr. Yatin Daftari
Founded in 1989 by Mr. Yatin Daftari, Hi-Tech Radiators Pvt. Ltd. began as a modest 1,800 sq. meter facility on the outskirts of Mumbai, India. Over the years, it has transformed into a global leader in manufacturing galvanized fin-type radiators and corrugated flat wall tanks for transformer manufacturers. Today, the company operates across 20,000 sq. meters of state-of-the-art facilities and employs over 250+ professionals, both directly and indirectly.
Mr. Daftari, who holds a Master of Science degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago, USA, has been the driving force behind the company’s remarkable journey. With over three decades of experience, he now serves as Chairman, overseeing financial operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. Hi-Tech Radiators’ growth story reflects its unwavering commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, solidifying its position as a trusted partner for transformer manufacturers worldwide.
Mr. Kartik Yatin Daftari
Mr. Kartik Yatin Daftari joined Hi-Tech Radiators in 2002 after graduating with honors in engineering from the University of Bombay. Starting his career on the shop floor, he gained hands-on experience in both technical and managerial aspects of the business. Over the years, his dedication and expertise have propelled him to the top, where he now serves as the company’s Managing Director.
In his current role, Mr. Daftari oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring seamless management across all activities. His leadership combines a deep understanding of the company’s core values with a forward-looking vision, driving Hi-Tech Radiators to continually excel in delivering innovative, high-quality solutions for transformer manufacturers worldwide.
